Take in the view of historic McCarren Pool from your apartment or one of 64 Bayard’s two roof decks.
McCarren Park pool was one of eleven pools opened by Robert Moses. This photo was taken on opening day in 1936.
The pool closed in 1984 and remained empty until an extensive $50 million restoration was completed in 2012. For the first time ever, a portion will be transformed into an ice skating rink this coming winter.
64 Bayard is perfectly situated across from McCarren Park and Pool. This location offers
residents sunset views of these Brooklyn landmarks and lower Manhattan.
